What we do

Our role is to seek out and select on your behalf suitable Properties from our French property portfolio to meet your requirements.

We aim to help you find your perfect home abroad and remove all the risks associated with it. We represent no single developer or company but rather have extensive contacts in the most interesting areas of France.

The properties we offer are either leaseback properties, or "classic purchase" which is a term used by French companies to mean outright purchase. All properties are sold freehold. Use our search page to find your own property in France.

From your initial enquiry to the completion of your purchase we are at your side, promptly dealing with any questions you may have regarding the sale. The fact is that our partners in France are well established companies that provide us with all the contacts and means to assist you, from legal advice to mortgages and after-sales support. Our leaseback partners are market leaders and have a sound infrastructure so that you know your investment is safe. We believe that your visit to France to view our properties should be as enjoyable and stress free as possible, to this end we insure you have:

The amount of support or advice we give, depends entirely upon you, the client. We can offer as much or as little as you desire. If you decide to visit France to view any of our properties we can arrange accommodation for you and our partners will help give advice on the local area and it's services nd of course transport. We ensure that while you are here you are looked after, which given the hospitality of the our partners, makes our job pretty easy.

We can also offer practical advice regarding the transfer of funds, foreign exchange and setting up your new home. In fact, tell us your requirements and we will do our best to fulfil them.

What will it cost?

As all our partners in France are builders or developers then the good news is that there is no commissions to pay to Realpoint Property. At present we do not offer resale property in France (which does attract a commission).

The only costs are the standard purchase costs and the largest cost would be VAT, which of course would be refundable for any leaseback property.
